Postmodern society discourages critical thought and creates (and is creating!) a docile, domesticated public interested mainly in consumption.
The religion of our time is rampant consumerism, which devours original ideas only to regurgitate them as mass-marketed products..
We still believe in the possibility of utopia, as long as it isn’t required.
We like our space, our neighborhood, and our city, and work to improve them as our capacities allow. |
